We use Australia Post for delivery. Please consider the current postage timeframes when placing your order.
All items are made to order. It will take 7-10 business days for us to make your items.
Your items will be posted 7-10 business days after you place your order. Purchasing Express Post does not expedite the turnaround time of your order.
If you require an item urgently, please contact us before purchasing to ensure sufficient production and shipping time.
We recommend ordering in advance where possible, and selecting Express Post for a speedier delivery time (as this is being prioritised by Australia Post).

Postage within Australia is based on Australia Post’s domestic Parcel Post service and includes tracking (unless otherwise specified - please check individual listings).

Incorrectly addressed & returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be charged for redelivery. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange.
